At the browser level, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari, since Aivo prioritizes them as they represent the highest percentage of our users' traffic. Opera and Edge are supported, but with a lower prioritization based on reach.
Regarding Internet Explorer given the low percentage of traffic and the fact that in a few months Microsoft will stop supporting this browser, it is not possible to give it from our side.
On the other hand, regarding operating systems, we indicate which ones work with our chat window:
- Android: Only Android support will be given to bugs/issues coming from Android versions higher than 5.1.
- Iphone: Only Iphone will be supported for bugs/issues coming from versions 11 or higher.
- Windows phone: No support
