Edit your profile in Live

From this section, you can make various adjustments to personalize your user profile in the Live platform.

➡ Please note that:
  • Regardless of the assigned role, every user can change their password from this module. Once the change is validated, the platform will confirm that the action was successful and send a confirmation email, similar to the one received when resetting a forgotten password.
  • Users with the Administrator and Supervisor roles are the only ones who can modify agents’ profile pictures. This action is performed from the Users section.
