Integration between AgentBot and Zapier

Zapier is a useful tool to connect and build flows (or Zaps) between applications that you use every day, such as Gmail, Facebook, Calendar, Drive, among others.

The integration with Zapier will allow you to automate actions between different web applications and AgentBot.

The goal is that the information you have in one of these Apps can be integrated with another, instead of uploading that information manually.

To perform the integration follow these simple steps:

  1. From your Zapier account, go to the "Make a Zap" option and select the Agentbot app in the search engine. In order to visualize the AgentBot APP in Zapier you must click here and start the process.
  2. There you will find the triggers listed. These indicate when an action can be triggered. In the AgentBot integration, it will be triggered by a new conversation where the answer has the Zapier plugin.
  3. To connect the Zapier account with AgentBot you will need to insert an API Key. As there will be no conversations yet, Zapier will allow you to upload an example to see the data available in the new Zap.
  4. When a new conversation is detected, you will need to select (from the available applications) the action you want to perform, such as sending an email.
  5. Once you have chosen the application, you can edit the template with the required fields.
  6. Assign a name to the new Zap and activate it (On).
