⁕ The document must be public and not require login credentials.
⁕ Use the HTTPS protocol to ensure a secure connection.
⁕ Make sure the file name includes the .PDF extension.
✓ Upload from your device:
⁕ The file must not exceed 10 MB.
✓ In both cases:
⁕ If you fill in the Title field, that text will be displayed as the file name in the chat window.
⁕ If you leave it empty, the file will appear with the default name “File.pdf” in both the conversation and the chat history within the platform.
