All you need to know about the Quality module

This module will allow you to evaluate in detail the quality of the customer service provided by your virtual assistant, observe the behavior of the interactions, and analyze the feedback provided by customers in each case.

✅ The effectiveness indicators are based on the evaluation that the user makes of each interaction with the virtual assistant. This feedback is collected through the thumbs up or down icons, visible next to the question: "Did I answer your question?".
