Assets Section: Upload and manage multimedia files from Engage

From the Assets Section, you’ll optimize the management of multimedia files used in your WhatsApp message templates. You’ll be able to upload, store, and organize your files efficiently, making it easier to create templates and reuse multimedia assets within Engage.

Key Information:

You have a total of 1 GB of storage. If you reach the limit, you’ll need to delete files to free up space and continue uploading new content.
Once the files are uploaded to the platform, a public URL will be generated. To use it in your templates, you must include it in your CSV variables (for one-time sends) or in the payloads of your recurring campaigns.

Supported multimedia files:

Image

Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png
Max file size: 5 MB

Video

Supported format: .mp4
Max file size: 16 MB

Document

Supported format: .pdf
Max file size: 100 MB

Tip: If you’re working with large files, we recommend reducing their size to improve performance within the platform.
