Keep in mind that there are no minimum or maximum access levels, but each one is geared toward a particular management task. You can grant all of them simultaneously or select only those necessary for the user profile you have created.
The permissions you can grant in Virtual Assistant are:
✓ Analytics: view and download metrics from the Analytics section.
✓ Knowledge: create, edit, and/or delete your virtual assistant's content.
✓ Training: improve your knowledge base by adding unresolved queries.
✓ Administration: configure tags, messages, integrations, channels, and users.
✓ Ads: manage triggers and campaigns on your website.
✓ Access to Live: this item allows the user to access the Live platform from Virtual Assistant by clicking on “Go to” in the menu; otherwise, they will be automatically redirected.
Studio: To access Studio, users only need to have permission on the Virtual Assistant platform. In other words, when accessing the Virtual Assistant platform, users will also be able to access the Studio platform.
In the tour below, you will learn step by step how to create and manage users from Virtual Assistant.
