You'll find it in the Reports list on the side panel. Once inside, you'll see available filters to customize your search, and the full list of Agents and their associated performance will be displayed at the bottom of the section.
Key Data→ If there are no Live sessions, no Agent connection data is recorded in this report.
→ The total session time includes the waiting time since the conversation was queued.
