This node is part of the Aivo node category and allows an existing referral to be called via its ID, so the user can continue the conversation with a human agent.

Key facts:
- You will only need the ID of the derivation to configure it, information that you will find in the My Aivo Platform, within the configurations section, accessing to edit the transfer that you need to link to the node. Once there, you'll see the ID of that referral in the page URL. Example: Aivo Platform | Aivo 1234.
- Test this flow by activating the "Input" injection node, which was configured to simulate the data received when an Integration is called. The returned response (with the "derivation" plugin) will be displayed in the Debug tab.
- Apply it in your integrations/flows, replacing the Input node with a Step-In node and setting up an intent that calls that Integration.
