Attach an MP4 Video File to Your Responses

With the Video complement, you can attach a file directly from your computer to support the text in your Virtual Assistant responses.

Key facts:
✓ Available on the Web, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger channels.
✓ Supported format: .MP4.
✓ File size must not exceed 16 MB.
✓ On the Web channel, you can configure additional fields to provide an accessible context for the video and a link to a more detailed explanation. These are:
• Video description: This is optional. It allows you to add a brief description of the video’s content, with a maximum limit of 100 characters. We recommend including “what it’s about” and “what the user will gain” from watching it.
• Extended description URL: allows you to add an optional link with a longer description. It should direct to stable, accessible content in text format, not just another video. This could be, for example, a webpage or an online document.
