As a Supervisor, Agent Supervisor, or Administrator, you can create, edit, and delete shortcuts to standardize your team's communication and optimize response times.
How to access:From the left side menu, select Settings > Shortcuts.
There you will see the complete list of shortcuts configured on the platform.
Available actions:• Create: click New Shortcut, define a name (for example: #Welcome) and complete the message that will be inserted automatically.
• Edit: modify the text or name of an existing shortcut when you need to update its content.
• Delete: use the trash can icon to remove shortcuts that are no longer needed.
Agents will only be able to use the configured shortcuts, but not modify them or add new ones.
