Within the Analytics section, in the Customers module, you can analyze the total number of users who have interacted with the Virtual Assistant.

Here, you can view the number of new, unique, and returning users. Additionally, you will have the option to download a report with the data corresponding to the selected period.

You can also access each user’s information and analyze their interactions with the Virtual Assistant in detail, allowing you to better understand their behavior and experience.
