Get to know the Chat module

The Chat Report provides a complete history of all user sessions with the virtual assistant. This is useful for reviewing in detail what the customer wrote, how they formulated their query, the specific response they received, and the complements that were presented during the conversation.

In turn, it will allow you to analyze the session's progression and obtain context and sequence data, making it easier to identify improvements to achieve more fluid and natural dialogues with the virtual assistant.  

💡If you also use the Live platform, you will be able to see in the history the complete journey that led the user to be attended by a human agent.
