You will follow these simple steps

1. Access Virtual Assistant.
2. Click on the Personalized Knowledge section.
3. Create or edit an intention where you want to configure the integration.
4. Create or edit a response with that intention.
5. In the response, select the Integrations complement.
6. Select the one you need from the drop-down menu of available integrations.
7. Save the complement.
8. Save the response.
9. Publish the changes.
All done... your users will now have access to the response with the information you have created in your integration.

Key facts:Remember that you can test the content from the test chat, or once published, in the corresponding channel. Integrations developed in Studio have the format: aivo-studio|||Step name|||ApiClientCall + unique step identifier. If you have access to the Studio platform, in the list of available integrations, by clicking on the editing pencil in the Actions column, you can enter and modify the integration development. |
