Import content into Virtual Assistant

The Content Importer allows you to quickly and effectively upload your knowledge base to the Virtual Assistant platform. You can use it for both an initial upload and to add new content to your existing base.

There are three ways to import your content:

Excel: upload a file directly from your computer.
Marketplace: access packs of frequently asked questions by industry, personality, or for special events such as Christmas or Black Friday.
Zendesk: available if you use Zendesk Guide as your knowledge base. With this option, you can easily import your content into Virtual Assistant, incorporating it as intents within your bot.
