There are three ways to import your content:
- Excel: upload a file directly from your computer.
- Marketplace: access packs of frequently asked questions by industry, personality, or for special events such as Christmas or Black Friday.
- Zendesk: available if you use Zendesk Guide as your knowledge base. With this option, you can easily import your content into Virtual Assistant, incorporating it as intents within your bot.
