Information available in the Integrations module

Within the Analytics section, you’ll find the Integrations module, where you can access historical metrics on the behavior and performance of your integration flows. Here, you can analyze the percentage of sessions in which they are triggered and their usage across the channels enabled in your Virtual Assistant, allowing you to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of your implementations clearly.

ℹ Flows allow you to connect the Virtual Assistant platform with Studio and/or third-party services, making it easier to obtain personalized information about the assistance you provide. For example, you can manage transfers to human agents, create passwords, or handle orders, optimizing operations and improving the customer experience.

Please note that flows are counted from their starting point; that is, their execution is recorded when they begin, regardless of whether they are completed or not.
