Log out the session of an unavailable agent

From the Monitor > Agents section, if your role on the Live platform is Coordinator, Agent Supervisor, Supervisor, or Administrator, you will be able to log out users with an operational role (those with the ability to respond to conversations: Agent, Dashboard Agent, Coordinator, and Agent Supervisor) who are connected but unavailable to respond.
