When you log in, you will see two sections:
> Users: allows you to create, edit, and delete users.
> Roles: allows you to create, edit, and delete roles.
Definitions✓ Users: people with access to the platform.
✓ Role: a set of named permissions that determines which sections of the platform a user can access.
✓ Permission: full access to a specific section of the platform.
Key data• To manage this section, you must be an Administrator or have been assigned navigation permission in the User and Role Access Control section.
• The email address entered when creating a user in Engage must be previously registered on the Virtual Assistant platform and have logged in at least once on that platform.
