Learn how to configure the Transfer complement

This complement allows you to route the user’s query to a human agents group.

ℹ Before configuring it, make sure you have completed these steps:

1⃣ For Aivo Live, create the group that will receive the transferred conversation.
2⃣ Creates the transfer that performs the derivation.
3⃣ Ensure that the derivation rules are correctly set up.

↗ If everything is set up correctly, you can add the Transfer complement to the intention that will hand off the conversation to a human agent.
