View the types of errors that exist in the Engage campaign report

Once your campaign has been sent, you can access the details in Engage and generate a report of the mailing to export it.

When you do this, you will receive a link in your email to download a file in CSV format that will contain the following fields:
Channel type: WhatsApp or SMS
 Number: shows the recipient's phone number.
Status: indicates the status of the message.
 Error description: describes the reason for the error, if the message was not delivered to the final recipient.
