How to send documents for signing from Live using DocuSign

During an active conversation in Live, all roles with permission to reply to conversations can send predefined documents requiring signature or approval directly to the customer’s email, without leaving the chat.

✅ You must first have the DocuSign configuration active in Live.

Then, follow these simple steps:
   1. Access the send option
   2. Fill in the customer’s information
   3. Confirm the send
   4. The customer receives the document
