Help is a knowledge base with artificial intelligence that makes it easier for your customers and teams to access information. It offers conversational and responsive tours with efficient self-service support.
This add-on is easily managed within the AgentBot content manager, to make documentation available in the format of a search engine or website.
Through the tool you can add, in each intention, articles, which have a rich text editor and the possibility of adding multimedia complements, such as images, videos from a URL, tables and hyperlinks.
You can also use the same answers that you have already uploaded in your Knowledge as articles in Help. In this case you will have to take into account the compatibility of plugins within each channel.
