To analyze Voice metrics, log in to My Aivo.
If your channel is active in the Analytics section, you'll see a specific module where the channel's indicators are displayed.

↗ Within the chat module, you can review all sessions, and additionally, you’ll have the audio recording of each chat available for listening; however, remember that actions before the conversation that occurred within the IVR will not be included.
