Marketplace Packs give you access to FAQs tailored to specific industries, personalities, or special events like Christmas or Black Friday, among others.These are pre-built content packages that you can automatically import into your knowledge base. They include question formats and tags so you can quickly identify them.

Industry-specific packs: These include FAQs specific to each type of business. Special event packs: These are designed to incorporate content that enhances your Virtual Assistant’s personality and also adds intentions related to promotions or events tied to specific dates. Personality packs: These packs help increase empathy with your users, as they consist of intentions related to your Virtual Assistant’s personal characteristics, such as greeting messages, thank-you messages, responses to insults, emojis, and questions about the bot’s tastes and preferences.
Keep in mind that when you create a bot, 6 personality intentions will be displayed automatically. If you want to add more intentions of this type, you can do so via the “Import” > “Marketplace” option.

You can also edit any of the responses in your packs, according to your preferences, to give your Virtual Assistant a distinctive personality: serious, funny, a fan of a specific soccer team, etc.
