Triggers are used to announce something you want your users to know before starting a dialog with the bot.You can define from what moment they appear on the screen, they will be displayed as a GIF or image (2MB) and when you click on it, the chat window will open automatically answering a question from your knowledge base to which you have linked it.
Important: Please note that triggers are not compatible with the Zendesk window and are only compatible with the WEB channel.
