For example, your user may want to ask “How much do I owe?”, but they can ask it in many ways:
- Do I owe anything?
- Do I have any debt?
- Am I up to date with my payments?
All of these are ways of asking about the same intention.
In order for your assistant to help your users, think about what their intentions might be.
