1. Access the Engage platform and go to the Templates section, where you will find your list of templates.
2. In the Preview field, you’ll see an eye icon to preview the template layout, and for templates with buttons, a pencil icon that allows you to customize the intent linked to the button.
3. The text description in each button field is the one originally configured. If you need to change it, enter the new intent you want the button to trigger and click OK.
4. For buttons in a Carousel-type message, a dropdown will appear for each card, containing the buttons you can edit.
5. If you’ve made any changes and want to revert to the default format, click on Restore to default item at the bottom of the box and then click OK.
6. In both cases you will see an on-screen notification confirming the successful change.
7. Additionally, if you have already customized the buttons of a template and you choose it when creating a new One-Time campaign, you’ll have the option to modify it again at that moment by clicking on the word “here” on the screen. A new screen will open to make the change.
8. For Recurrent campaigns, this option will NOT be visible during the campaign creation process and must be handled from the Templates section.
