Types of buttons available in the creation of WhatsApp message templates

When creating your Marketing or Utility type message templates for the WhatsApp channel in Engage, you have three different button alternatives to incorporate.

You can implement up to 10 buttons, combining any of the available options, but each one has its own respective limit quantity. These will be ordered by button type, regardless of how you load them, and the limits in each case are:

Custom ➡up to 10
● Visit website ➡ up to two
● Call phone number ➡ only one.

☝For example, you can have a list of buttons with: 7 Customized, 2 Visit Website, and 1 to Call the phone number, reaching a total of 10. In the guide below, you will see how to implement each one.
