All changes in the Knowledge module are saved, but only published changes affect the online chat window.
You can perform this process from the arrow in the upper right side of each intention.
Or from the Publish button in the top panel of the Knowledge section.
In both cases, once the process is complete, a success or error message will be displayed accordingly.
If you click the button in the βKnowledgeβ section, once the post is published, the button will be disabled, and a message will appear with a countdown timer indicating when it will be available again. For example: βThe button will be enabled again in 2:41.β When the countdown reaches 0:00, the button will be reactivated.

Key facts:β Both options will publish all available content on a large scale.
β Pressing Publish multiple times does not make content go live faster.
β Each publish involves moving and processing a large volume of information; doing so consecutively degrades performance and may cause service outages due to accumulated load.
β Two publications cannot be executed simultaneously, so the button is disabled during the process.
β Mandatory wait between publishes: to avoid repeated publishes and protect system stability, the Publish button has a mandatory 5-minute wait between one publish and the next.
β To correctly publish your virtual assistant's content:
- Make all necessary changes in the platform.
- Press Publish only once.
- During the 5-minute wait, you can continue working and preparing new changes.
- If you need to publish anything else, wait for the button to become enabled again.
- Do not publish if there are no changes.
