To access Aivo Studio it is necessary for the user to have the login credentials for the My Aivo platform.
In this document, you will find a practical guide to know all the functionalities that Aivo Studio has. 
As for the minimum requirements for its use, you must have knowledge of Javascript, in case you do not have knowledge of this programming language, have the ability to research on it, to find possible solutions. Also, basic knowledge in Web Services, since the integration with the bot and other external systems is through this architecture, and basic knowledge about the use of add-ons in the bot.
On the other hand, as recommended requirements can be considered basic knowledge in layout/modeling of flows since the flows are generated visually through the different nodes available.
