Implementing the use of tags within the Virtual Assistant platform will allow you to organize and classify the content of your knowledge base. Each tag functions as a keyword that identifies or describes a topic, according to the criteria or hierarchy you define.
From Settings > Tags, you can easily create, edit, and delete tags.
In addition, you can add sub-tags within your main tags. These are useful when a topic has multiple variants that need to be distinguished. For example, if you offer different service packages and create the main tag “Packages,” you can add sub-tags such as “Package/Internet,” “Package/Internet and cable,” or “Package/Cable” to easily identify them.
Once created, you can assign tags to your intentions when creating or editing them, to group what that question contains within the same topic or simply to differentiate it from other questions with other tags.
Then, in the Personalized Knowledge section, you will have the option to filter by tag, giving you a clearer view of the universe of categories that make up the basis of your virtual assistant.
Finally, you can evaluate behavior metrics from the Tags module in the Analytics section.
See below for step-by-step instructions on how to perform each action.
