Learn how to revoke the GDPR consent request

If the owner of the personal data -through communication with the client or by the user himself/herself- wishes to initiate a claim for rectification, update or suppression of data, he/she must send an e-mail to legal@aivo.co.

1. Once the complaint has been initiated, the owner of the data or the client will receive via e-mail the "Form for rectification, updating or suppression of personal data", which must include:

  1.  Identification of the owner of the data,
  2.  Description of the facts that give rise to the complaint,
  3.  The address and documents proving its veracity, if applicable.

2.  If the complaint is not justified, this situation will be communicated in a reasoned manner within five (5) working days.

3. If, on the other hand, the claim is incomplete, the interested party shall be obliged to correct the faults within five (5) days following receipt of the claim.

4. If the applicant does not submit the required information after two (2) months from the date of the request, the request will be considered withdrawn.

The maximum term to attend the claim shall be thirty (30) days from the day following the day of its receipt. When it is not possible to attend the claim within this term, the interested party shall be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which the claim will be attended, which may not exceed thirty (30) days following the expiration of the same, of the first period.
