Working on the GDPR option in the different attention channels

👌 The circuit is based on the fact that before starting the conversation with AgentBot, the customer is asked for consent to save personal data, adhering to the Privacy Policy. A message and the options YES and NO are displayed.
☝ In case the user clicks on the "No" option, AgentBot will again respond with the terms and conditions message, preventing the user from writing a new query. Once the user accepts the terms and conditions by clicking on the "Yes" button, he/she will be able to chat normally.
👉 The acceptance of these terms is maintained for 24 hours from the last user interaction. Therefore, if the user before the expiration of that time returns to chat, the acceptance of the GDPR will not be requested again.
It is important to note that if we enable this alternative, the conversations that we will later observe in the chat module of the Analytics section will only be those of users who have accepted the GDPR, since otherwise there is no conversation.
