Information available on the Virtual Assistant Dashboard

The Dashboard in Virtual Assistant provides a complete analysis of interactions with your virtual assistant. Through graphs, indicators, and dynamic reports, you can evaluate sessions, apply custom filters, and make strategic decisions based on real information.


When you access it, you will find the following fields:

🔽 Filters: These allow you to customize the data display according to your needs.
          • Date: Select a predetermined date range or set different criteria.
          • Channel Type, Channel Name, Tag Name, Intent Name, and Conditions: All these filters have similar selection fields. Clicking on any of them will display a search bar for easy selection. Additionally, you can include or exclude data depending on what you need to view in the results.

âž¡ Indicators: Except for the monthly and annual performance indicators, if you don't apply any filters, data from the last seven days will be displayed.

        • Sessions: Total number of sessions based on the filter applied.
        • Active Sessions: Number of real-time sessions (not affected by the date filter),
        • Monthly Sessions Evolution: Total number of sessions that took place in the current month, with a comparison with the previous period, and a graph showing the annual trend of this indicator (not affected by the date filter).
        • Monthly Transferred Evolution : Total percentage of transfers that occurred in the current month, with a comparison with the previous period, and a graph showing the annual trend of this indicator (not affected by the date filter).
        • Monthly Exec Flows Evolution: Total number of integration flows executed in the current month, with a comparison in percentage and value with the previous period, and a graph showing the annual trend of this indicator (not affected by the date filter).
        • Monthly User Evolution: Total number of unique and recurring users who interacted with the virtual assistant in the current month, as well as a graph showing the annual evolution of this indicator (not affected by the date filter).
       â€¢ Total Flows Executed: Total number of integration flows executed.
       â€¢ Satisfaction: Shows the user satisfaction index, based on the type of active survey and filters applied.
       â€¢ Channels: Reflects the distribution of sessions based on the available support channels and the filter applied.
       â€¢ Tags: Shows the three tags with the highest volume of interactions.

📶 Daily Sessions by Channel: Graph with the distribution of sessions by day and channel. Includes a horizontal line representing the virtual assistant's retention.

🔡 Summary Sessions: Shows a summary in the form of a list of the sessions held, including the type and name of the channel, number of sessions, transfer percentage, percentage of interactions with a response, and satisfaction index, depending on the activated survey. Total session and transfer values are also displayed.

✅You can export the graphs and the details of the table of contents, or display them in full screen.
