Personality packsThese packs serve to increase empathy with your users, as they are made up of intentions related to the personal characteristics of your Virtual Assistant, such as greeting messages, thank you messages, responses to insults, emojis and questions about the bot's tastes and preferences.
Keep in mind that when creating a bot, 6 personality intentions will automatically be displayed and if you want to add other intentions of this type, you can do so from the "Import" > "Marketplace" option.
