Manage Roles and Permissions in Live

⚠ Important: This feature is only available upon request through a Service Request.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

If your role is Administrator, within the Users section, you will find the Roles and Permissions menu, where you can manage, create, and assign granular permissions to platform users. This allows you to precisely define which sections each user can access and what actions they can perform within Live.

✅ Role-based permission management allows you to:
  • Separate access to monitoring and reports, granting visibility only where necessary.
  • Restrict the editing of critical settings to prevent unauthorized changes.
  • Allow read-only access in sensitive modules.
  • Control who can create or delete users within the platform.
▶ This feature includes 3 main steps:
  1. Create a new role
Within the Roles and Permissions section, you will find the option to create a new role. There, you can define its name and description.
  2. Grant permissions and access
Once created, you must configure which functionalities will be available for that role as well as the type of actions allowed for each (view, edit, create, delete, among others).
  3. Assign the new role
After defining the permissions, you can assign the role from the Users section according to operational responsibilities.
