Manage the Live Users section

From the Users section in Live, you can perform all necessary actions to manage the profiles of each team member who uses this platform.

⬇ In this article's tour, you'll learn how to create, edit, disable, or delete users. You'll also discover how to configure permissions to activate the Video Agent and Co-browsing features. Additionally, you'll explore the data available in the user list and learn how to check the change log for each profile.

⚠ Please note that the Administrator role will be the only one able to:
      • Assign the Administrator role to another user, either when creating or editing a profile.
