Co-browsing is a functionality within our Live platform that allows co-browsing during a conversation between a user and an advisor.
The objective is to be able to share the screen, in order to provide personalized and collaborative assistance.
Each agent will be able to view the user's screen in real time, when the latter navigates to a new web page, scrolls or clicks on a specific space, once you activate the Co-browsing option and enable your advisors to use it, the functionality will be able to help a client, for example:
- Fill out complicated forms.
- Understand the functions of a device or an application.
- Change your account settings.
- Make a purchase.
- Finding the right page or product on a specific web platform.
- Read and understand the terms and conditions of a loan or mortgage.
- Share PDF documents.
The advisor may, during the current session, use this functionality in conjunction with Video Agent and, in turn, continue responding to other conversations in the written chat.
