Tab Explorer for online agents

This option is configured internally by a user with the role of supervisor, agent supervisor, or administrator from the Groups section.

If configured, it will be available alongside the smart co-pilot, only during an ongoing conversation, allowing the agent to navigate through multiple tabs, where they can see each site added in the settings, in order to facilitate the service process, speeding up response time and improving response quality.
