Node ASE Search Q&A

This node allows you to search for questions and answers through the Appointment Scheduling Enterprise (ASE) platform based on specific criteria configured in it.

To use it, in the Studio platform, locate the "ASE Search Q&A" node in the "Engageware" category and configure its parameters.

➡ Properties

  1. Name: Optional name of the node. 
  2. Credentials (required): These are the credentials of the Engageware Appointment Schedulinge Enterprise service, many credentials can be saved, but only one can be active. In the configuration, the url of the environment will be requested under the name "Instance URL" along with the username and password for API consumption (API user credentials) under the names "Username" and "Password". 
  3. Action
    1. Get Questions: Returns the available questions based on the criteria provided. 
    2. Get Answers: Returns responses for a given appointment based on the confirmation number.
  4. Confirmation Number (required for Get Answers): Confirmation number of the appointment for which you want to search for answers (for "Get Answers" only). 
  5. Location External Id: ID location for questions. This identifier is returned from the "ASE Select Location" node. 
  6. Campaign External Id: Campaign ID to get questions. This identifier is returned from the "ASE Search Campaign" node. 
  7. Activity External Id: Activity ID to get questions. This identifier is returned from the "ASE Search Appointment Type" node. 
  8. Program External Id: Program ID for questions. This identifier is returned from the "ASE Search Program" node.

➡ Outputs

  1. msg.payload.metadata.EW_ASE_SearchQuestionsResponse: Returns the available questions based on the criteria. In the event of an error, the "error" property will be returned.
  2. msg.payload.metadata.EW_ASE_SearchAnswersResponse: Returns responses for a given citation. In the event of an error, the "error" property will be returned.
