✓ Within the Image complement, you can add only one image.
✓ You can use this complement in combination with others.
✓ Web channel only:
→ You have the option to add alternative text (for accessibility) in the settings. Although it won't be visible in the chat window, it's there to ensure it is interpreted correctly by assistive technologies, such as screen readers, so we recommend filling it out.
→ You can include multiple Image complements in the same response, one for each file you want to display. On other channels, you can add only one Image complement per response to ensure it displays correctly.
→ If you add this complement along with others in the same response, you can order them according to your preference in the “Complement Order” column. Note that the Web channel is the only one that guarantees the exact order of the complements as configured.
