Step by step to add the Image complement

The Image complement allows you to add an image from your computer. It will appear after the main text area, accompanying the rest of the content you've configured in your response from Virtual Assistant.

Key facts:
✓ Available for all channels, except Facebook Messenger.
✓ Supported format: .JPG, PNG, and JPEG.
✓ File size must not exceed 5 MB.
✓ Within the Image complement, you can add only one image.
✓ Only in the Web channel can you include multiple Image complements in the same response, one for each file you want to display. In all other channels, you can only add one Image complement per response for correct display.
✓ If you add this complement along with others in the same response, you can order them according to your preference in the “Complement Order” column. Please note that only the Web channel guarantees the exact order of the complements as configured.

It's essential to note that this is distinct from the Insert Image element in the text editor.
