Through the Multibot feature, users who have access to more than one application—that is, more than one Live account—can use the search engine to locate the desired application or select it by name.
To do so, click the bot name in the top bar, and a list of all accounts available for that user will appear.
Important: To switch bots, there must be no active conversations in progress.
