Channel node

This process allows you to gather the following information:

Details about the bot: 

1. Bot name (botName)
2. Language name (botLang)
3. Language ID (botLangId)
4. Timezone (botTimezone)

Details about the channel:

1. Channel ID (channelId)
2. Channel name (channelName)
3. Channel type name (channelType)
4. Channel type ID (channelProtocolId)

To test this process, you need to replace the string value in the "msg.req" field with the x-token linked to the channel you want to test. The x-token can be obtained from your Customer Success Manager, Onboarding Specialist, or Account Manager.

Please note that the x-token parameter is sent automatically when you use it, so you only need to replace the inject node with a step node.
