Implement the Text Complement

The Text complement allows you to create text blocks, which you can reorder relative to other complements configured within the same response.

In its settings, you'll find formatting features, just like the main text editor located in the toolbar before the box where you configure your responses, except that it's not possible to embed images within the complement.

↗ You can:
✓ Apply formatting: bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough
Insert Links
Include emojis 😉
Select all text within the complement
Remove formatting
Use undo or redo options 🔄

✅ Key fact:

•
The display of rich-formatted text will depend on the channel where it is implemented. For example, WhatsApp will not display underlined or strikethrough text.
• If you include emojis, be sure to check this list of all emojis that are compatible with and recognized by the platform.
•
Content you enter using the Text complement will not be used to feed the knowledge engine, the new semantic engine, or Generative AI. These engines only consider content included in the main text area.

📝
If you need to include images in your response, you can do so using the Image complement or the Insert Image function of the main text area processor. ➡Learn about their differences here.
