Creating an avatar for the web channel

From the My Aivo platform you can incorporate an avatar to represent your virtual assistant, which can be a character or a mascot as you define it.

This functionality is available and can be activated from the settings of your web channel at any time during the project, so it does not condition the production of your virtual assistant.

In case you decide to configure it, check the requirements depending on whether it is static or dynamic.

Requirements for a static Avatar

Requirements for a dynamic Avatar

Below we list a series of key data for the creation of your Avatar:

  1. We suggest contemplating these questions and creating content that includes them.
    1. What is the history or background of the character?
    2. What is your mission?
    3. What is the target market for the persona or brand? [Buyer Persona]
  2. Image
    1. It must be coherent with the brand image and the values that your company wishes to transmit.
    2. If you define it to be a mascot or object, i.e. an avatar that does not make human reference, it must also fit the brand profile.
    3. The choice of demographic and psychographic characteristics will depend on your brand's objectives and the effects you want to have on users.
    4. Describe Dress/Style/Appearance
    5. Create reference images (place links or attach files).
  3. Personalities
    1. Consider that by placing an image and identity, the user will start interacting from what that avatar transmits, so it is important to determine aspects of the personality prior to writing the answers, since this will influence the treatment and the way of writing them.
    2. Create personality questions and answers such as name, age and lifestyle. This will guide the tone of the rest of the answers you generate in your content.
    3. When you upload your content, the questions and answers have to be congruent with the personality you have defined for the avatar.
    4. Determines character, personality and interests (affectionate, seductive, friendly, cooperative, distant, etc.).
    5. Decide on the scope of the answers: whether they will be highly technical or aimed at an average user, etc.

    1. Colloquial or formal language
    2. Deal: you/you/you.
    3. Style: formal or informal.
