Enable Autogenerated knowledge by Generative AI

With this option, you can automatically generate content from your website and its associated links, complementing your virtual assistant's knowledge base.

Once you process and enable the "Autogenerated" content, the conversational engine can access and search through that information to answer user inquiries when it's not found in the main "Personalized" Knowledge base.

⬇ In the video below, discover the step-by-step process on how to implement it.

 ✅ Key Information:

  1. In the search box to obtain content from all sites that compose it, you must enter a full URL. For example, for (https://es.aivo.co/), the sites could include https://es.aivo.co/customers, https://es.aivo.co/chatgpt, https://es.aivo.co/cx-station/webinars, etc.
  2. You must allow access to the website’s contents. During the link search, certain types of sites will not be processed, such as those that are not public, require prior login, or have security measures like IP filters and captchas.
  3. The links to be searched can include the domain of your website or end with extensions like .php, .html, or .aspx.
  4. You will only be able to enable the autogenerated knowledge engine after all the links have been added, and the content has been processed. That is, after “Searching” for links and “Processing” the content.
  5. You also have the option to integrate documents in PDF format to include their content in the base used by your virtual assistant.
  6. Additionally, you can configure the voice and tone of the responses your virtual assistant provides using content generated by Generative AI.
  7. It is important to follow best practices when managing your Generative AI content.
  8. If after completing the entire process of searching for links, processing them, and enabling the autogenerated knowledge, you notice that the virtual assistant is not responding with the integrated content, click on the Publish button from the custom knowledge section.
  9. To add more links without replacing the existing ones, simply start a new search. If you need to delete specific links, use the trash can icon next to each one. In both cases, remember to click Process for the changes to take effect.
  10. If you want to delete everything and start from scratch, click Create New Content Set.
  11. Once the virtual assistant responds using the Autogenerated knowledge engine, you can incorporate those responses into your Personalized Content from the Autogenerated Training section.
