Set up document signing via Docusign within the Live chat

The DocuSign integration in Live allows predefined documents to be sent directly to the customer's email for signature or approval, without leaving the chat window.

This feature can be configured by users with Administrator, Supervisor, or Supervisor Agent roles, allowing it to be used during an active conversation. This streamlines processes, reduces friction, and improves the team and customers' experience.
