Voice integrations

In the Voice channel, as in other channels, it is possible to develop integrations.  

This is done by incorporating Slot Filling technology, which Aivo offers through a node in Studio, the low code integration design tool. 

ℹ️ It is important to note that the Studio platform is purchased separately.  

With the use of Slot Filling, Voice in version 3.0 can respond to both often asked questions and more complex and transactional queries, such as scheduling medical appointments, given that this technology allows you to find and extract various parameters from the user's query, such as dates, services, locations or preferences, to provide a personalized response.
