When you upload content for your bot to use in the answers it provides, you create an intent.
For example, if the intent is I want information about a mortgage loan, your user can ask about that topic, saying.
- How do I apply for a mortgage loan?
- How do I apply for a home loan? O
- I need to borrow money to buy a house,
- or, I want to buy a property and I can't afford it, etc.
The expressions that your users use to make their queries are ways of asking different from how you thought the original intention. So, it is important that you impel them, since if an intention does not contain FDP, the bot will only understand the query, if and only if it is written that way.
